My name is Mark Schipper and my passion for travel and exploring began at an early age and then exploded upon graduating from High School. Upon graduation I loaded up my 1978 Trans Am with everything I owned and took off for the Western United States; from Reno Nevada to California to Missouri. Within this time, I became Scuba certified (which ignited another passion).
When I turned twenty-one, I started driving truck and tried to travel as much as possible whenever I had time off. I began to scuba dive, mostly in southern Florida around the Keys, and in the Caribbean when I had extended time off.
My next adventure for the next 27 years took me into public service, and this gave me some unique opportunities, including being a Search and Recovery Diver for a volunteer Fire Department. I also had the opportunity to do Executive Protection for a client who was an avid scuba diver. I would travel with the client whenever they wanted to take a trip to go diving somewhere in the world.
For the last 10 years I have been a Dive Pro for two separate Scuba Diving Agencies (SSI and SDI). It would be my pleasure to certify you as an Open water Diver to Advanced Open Water on a trip. I can also certify clients in several Diving Specialties on the trips. I have had divers that I have taken from being scared on their first dives by holding their hands to by the end of the trip diving with sharks and loving it ( by the way sharks are one of my favorite things in the world to dive with) My goal is to make you as comfortable as possible in the water so you have a great time on your trip and become lifelong Dive Buddies and family.
I have made extensive contacts in the areas I travel to so if you bring a significant other that has no interest in diving, I will make sure they have a wonderful time also with local tours and sightseeing, not just as a tourist but as a local.
